Since 2017, Rentgrata’s been revolutionizing the rental experience by tapping into its greatest resource: residents.
By connecting prospects with residents, Rentgrata facilitates conversations that allow prospects to get their questions answered with lived-in experience and insights. Accelerated lead-to-lease is only the beginning—conversational data helps management companies understand what residents love, what can be improved, and how to keep residents satisfied and more likely to renew.
