Ben leads efforts to transform the leasing experience through real conversations between prospects and residents. Before starting Rentgrata, he worked at Aimco Apartment Homes, gaining experience in multifamily redevelopment and marketing strategy. He also has a background in land development, having worked with major developers like Greystar and Trammell Crow. Today, Ben focuses on leveraging renter insights to help property teams boost leasing performance and build stronger communities.
Zach Sloan, Cofounder and Chief Sales Officer
Zach Sloan is the Co-Founder and Chief Sales Influencer of Rentgrata, a renter insights platform that connects prospects with residents. Zach joined the real estate industry 7 years ago and in short manner has become one of the industry’s top performing and well-branded salespeople. When Zach’s not attending conferences or client meetings, he enjoys exercising, coffee, cigars, plants and a beautiful boat day in Tampa.
Sam McArtor, Cofounder and COO
Sam McArtor is the Co-Founder and COO of Rentgrata, a platform that enhances community building and resident engagement in multifamily housing. With a background in leadership and experience from EY, Sam drives Rentgrata's mission to improve lead conversion and retention through meaningful renter connections and actionable insights. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Colorado State University.
